Had my car serviced here, oil change, rotors and tires rotated. Also had door lock actuators installed on my Lexus SUV. Appreciate the friendly customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. No extras added, no upselling things I didn’t need! Just great, honest, friendly service.

My husband and I were camped at Oak Mountain State Park on our way home to Texas from a 5 week trip. He was checking things out and discovered that we had a broken leaf spring and the opposite one was flat from taking on the additional weight. Graves was advertised in the campground brochure and an early morning phone call to Lyle proved to be a great thing. He didn't have anyone to send out, but asked us to drive to his shop where he had the springs that we needed. His crew took care of the work and we were on our way - later than we wanted to be - but on the same day! We highly recommend Graves Automotive!

EXCELLENCE!! If you need a trusted mechanic these are definitely the guys to take your car to. I’ve had a hard time trusting car mechanics in the past, but these guys know how to be trustworthy and reasonable on pricing. They fixed my problem and made me feel like I could trust them to take it back if I need them again. That means a lot in this day and age of cars😁 thank you so much!!!

Had my class A towed to this shop because my coach had no power to the dash and would not crank. ( The 3rd shop I had to have towed to) The other 2 shops, Freightliner of Birmingham, and Conti services, could not fix the problem and charged me $$$$$$ to basically do nothing for my problem. 15 minutes after arrival Malcomb had my coach running....... After 1 day he found the problem and had it repaired. These people that work there are very nice, reasonable, knowledgeable. To bad for me I didn't go there FIRST!!! I would recommend for ANYONE that has an RV related issue to give them a try. Thanks Malcolm, Lyle, and the whole team!!!!

After arriving in the Birmingham are we realized one of the wheels was smoking on our travel trailer. Not feeling safe to drive it anywhere we called several mobile RV techs. No one could help us. Then we found Graves and we are so glad we did. From the first conversation with Lyle we had a great experience. They came out the same day and diagnosed the bearings had disintegrated. They thought they needed to replace the axle but they figured out a way to repair it, saving us potentially thousands of dollars. Lyle ordered a part and two days later they came out, repaired it, and now we are back on the road. We are so grateful we called Graves. They are A+++, honest, fair and responsive. If you are in the Birmingham area and need diesel, auto or RV service, save time and call Graves first.
